Position Overview:As the Executive Mixologist at Bulle, you will be responsible for designing and executing a distinctive beverage program that complements our seasonal menu and elevates the overall guest experience. You will create bespoke cocktails using high-quality ingredients and innovative techniques, while also leading and mentoring a team of bar staff. This role involves both hands-on creation and strategic leadership, ensuring that every drink served aligns with Bulle’s high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Beverage Program: Craft a wide range of classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails, blending creativity with precision to meet the tastes and preferences of our discerning guests.
- Collaborate with Culinary Team: Work closely with the kitchen to develop drink pairings that enhance the dining experience, ensuring that cocktails complement the flavors and themes of our seasonal menu.
- Lead & Mentor Bar Staff: Provide leadership and training to the bar team, instilling a culture of excellence, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to offer personalized recommendations, enhancing their dining experience through expert guidance on cocktails, wine pairings, and other beverage selections.
- Maintain Bar Standards: Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency of the bar area, ensuring that all tools, equipment, and ingredients are meticulously maintained.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research industry trends, introducing new techniques, ingredients, and concepts to keep our beverage offerings fresh and innovative.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
- Foster a Premium Experience: Create a refined, engaging atmosphere that aligns with the upscale, fine dining environment at Bulle, delivering a memorable experience for each guest.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a mixologist in a high-end, fine dining, or upscale hospitality setting, with a proven track record of creating exceptional cocktails.
- Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of cocktail techniques, spirits, wine pairings, and modern mixology, with a passion for elevating the craft.
- Food and Beverage Pairings: Strong knowledge of how to pair cocktails with food, with the ability to work alongside the culinary team to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring bar staff, with a focus on cultivating a high-performance team.
- Guest-Focused: Exceptional communication and guest service skills, with the ability to connect with guests and offer tailored experiences.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Professional Demeanor: A polished, professional appearance with the ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a refined, fine dining setting.
- Certifications: TIPS or equivalent certification for responsible alcohol service is required.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $35.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $750
