Borgo is looking for Assistant Servers! 

About Us: 

Borgo is the newest addition to the Marlow Collective (Diner, Marlow & Sons, Romans, Achilles Heel) from restaurateur Andrew Tarlow. The group’s first restaurant in Manhattan features an expansive formal dining room separated by a fireplace, an open kitchen with a wood-fired oven, and an ambitious beverage program curated by industry veterans. We are seeking gifted hospitality professionals to join our team.

Servers are paid at the tipped minimum wage plus tips. We are currently looking for full-time staff that will be scheduled for 4 days a week.
