Interview Details:
⏰ Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
📍 Location: Upon the Palace, 317 Greenwich St
Available FOH Positions:
- Maître d'/Hostess: Welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth seating arrangements. Familiar with Resy or Opentable is a plus.
- Bartenders: Craft signature cocktails, manage the bar, and maintain an engaging atmosphere for guests. Asian cuisine knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our Asian fusion menu and beverage offerings
- Upholding cleanliness and organization in all FOH areas
- Working collaboratively with team members and management
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in an upscale dining setting is a plus
- Asian cuisine knowledge, especially Chinese is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for hospitality, food, and beverage
- Punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude
