Job Overview: We are a restaurant in Glendale, CA, looking for an experienced Pizzaiolo / Pizza Cook. This role requires 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in making traditional Neapolitan pizza, from dough preparation to baking. We are also offering authentic Italian sandwiches, so candidates with experience and knowledge in crafting these sandwiches will be highly considered and prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch, including dough preparation and baking.
