Elevated casual dining restaurant seeking a General Manager to assist our award-winning Michelin-stared chef in Tysons, VA. Position Overview:
As General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, staff development, and financial success. You will drive a culture of excellence while maintaining our commitment to high-quality food, outstanding service, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership, inspiring a high-performing and motivated team.
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintaining seamless coordination.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to uphold company standards.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic initiatives and long-term growth plans.
