Role:
Candidate is an outstanding line cook with culinary experience who will handle large volume line & prep duties for the restaurant. The candidate will demonstrate a hands-on approach to recipe implementation, preparation techniques, food quality, consistency & safety.
Duties:
- Food preparation, cooking
- Maintain high-performance standards
- Be on time and consistent
- Contribute positively to culture
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen
- Assist in kitchen and dry storage organization
Qualities:
- Knowledgeable of kitchen line and equipment operations (line, expo, prep)
- A positive contributing team player
- Excellent communication skills - bilingual preferred
- Minimum three years experience in a professional kitchen
Schedule:
Part Time: Saturday/Sunday brunch and Monday lunch
