Hogsalt is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bakery Operations Manager ($100,000 +) to join our team!

Experience & Qualifications:

Degree in Culinary Arts and/or Baking/Pastry preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience with bread, viennoiserie, and pastry.

Minimum 2 years of experience managing a kitchen, including all administrative duties (invoice management, maintaining COGS, staff scheduling, employee relations, etc.); familiarity with Google Suite highly preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend long periods of time standing.

Must be positive, collaborative, and committed to healthy communication and quality work.

Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate prior to start date.
