Baroo is a fine dining Korean restaurant with a small but thoughtful wine and Korean alcohol program. Baroo was recently selected as the 2024 Restaurant of the Year by the LA Times and our goals are lofty for the years to come! We started with a small team and need to grow our FOH team to reach our future goals!
We are looking for experienced, proactive, outgoing and detail-oriented people to join our growing front of house team as either full-time SERVER or SERVER ASSISTANT.
Starting pay is $17.50/hour + tips. We have a shifts-based tip pool. Benefits include a monthly health insurance stipend, two weeks paid time off per year (for the whole restaurant), parking benefits and dining discounts.
Qualifications include:
- 2-3 years experience at a fine dining tasting menu restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of wine. Certifications a plus
- Sincere interest in learning about Korean cuisine required
- Outgoing, sincere and warm personality
- Food handlers and RBS certifications
