An exciting new restaurant opening soon in Conshohocken, is seeking a Restaurant Manager. One who is high energy, hard working, self motivated, a dedicated individual who is looking for long term growth. One who is hungry, and ready to go to the next level. Launching in beginning of 2025, the concept will be an upscale casual Modern American Bar Restaurant, serving simple creative dishes and craft cocktails.
Must be an experienced Restaurant Manager with minimum of 2 years
Must have Strong leadership skills and able to lead by example
Must be Reliable, Organized and Flexible, have a bartending and serving background
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* The ability to think quickly with an attention to detail
* Manage FOH staff, train and develop, give ongoing feedback, staff scheduling, ordering,
troubleshooting, conflict resolution
* Coordination of private parties and special events, control cost of goods Sold & Labor.
* Help organize and implement marketing promotions to increase restaurant sales
* Opening and Closing restaurant according to schedule.
