An exciting new restaurant opening soon in Conshohocken, is seeking a visionary Chef. One who is hungry, and ready to go to the next level. Launching in beginning of 2025, the concept will be an upscale casual Modern American Bar Restaurant, serving simple creative dishes delivered on a timely basis. Together we will build a team of employees that will be there to assist in any way, team work is very important to us, you also will be required to cook on some days.
We are looking for a chef who thrives on creativity and culinary innovation. The ideal candidate will develop and oversee the menu, designing bold and dynamic trendy dishes. This is an extraordinary opportunity for someone to take their craft to the next level.

* Responsibilities:**
- Strong work ethic including the ability and desire to work all required hours necessary to get
the job done
- Menu Creation: Develop a creative small menu centered around on today’s trends
- Kitchen Leadership: Oversee all kitchen operations, including hiring, budget
adherence, training, disciplining and mentoring staff
- Focus on Presentation: Ensure each dish is beautifully presented, maintaining the restaurant’s
high standards for both flavor and aesthetics.
- Team Building: Foster a positive, efficient kitchen environment, leading the team during
high volume service.
- High Standards: Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and quality across all kitchen operations.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel
- Must maintain high personal hygiene standards.
- Must be a Team Player

**Requirements:**
• Experience in a quality-driven kitchen
• Experience in menu creation
• Team-orientated and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• A deep passion for culinary innovation
• Proficiency in Spanish a bonus
• Strong leadership skills, capable of building and leading a kitchen team
• Must be a Team Player
• Candidates should have at least 3+ years of experience
