Duties include:
- Using Opentable for managing reservations & seating of guests
- Customer care skills 
- Diplomatic and energised demeanor
- Well groomed and eloquent
- Superb email and phone etiquette 
- Organization and great communication skills

2+ years of experience in New York City hospitality service or similar experience is preferred.
