As an Assistant General Manager at our vibrant bakery/café, you will be key in shaping the guest experience and leading a passionate team. You'll work with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, from delivering exceptional service to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a restaurant with comparable steps of service and volume
- Toast POS experience
- Previous experience with P&L, forecasting, inventory, and COGs is strongly preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities required
- Proficiency in Spanish and French is a plus
