We are seeking a cooking professional looking to gain more experience working in our newest restaurant, The Noble Goat.  In this role you will learn from CIA trained chefs and master the art of bread making, pizza making and more.


Line Cook Job Responsibilities:

• Setting up and helping to prep station for service
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Preparing doughs, and learning the art of pizza and bread.  You will be responsible for working our oven station which includes pizza, bread, and other entrees.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces during and at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
