Job Details
We are looking for a front of house team member who can assist with putting together customer orders out as well as preparing coffee and tea beverages. This is a part time position that will be scheduled approximately 20 - 32 hours a week with opportunities to work additional hours as needed with overall team availability. Applicants must be available to work weekends.
Prior barista experience is a plus but is not a requirement for this position. We are primarily looking for an outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with customers and is comfortable working in a high volume business.
Our bakery opened in July 2023, and we have quickly become a go to bakery and coffee shop for the surrounding community. We were named the best new bakery in The South Bay by Eater LA

We are a neighborhood retail bakery specializing in slow fermented sourdough bread, handcrafted pastries, coffee, sandwiches and flatbreads. All of our baked goods are made from scratch, in-house without cutting any corners to offer our community the absolute best bread and pastries. We value our employees and want to empower all of employees to get creative in the bakery and make items that are delicious and interesting to our staff as well as our customers.
Tommy and Atticus is centrally located in North Redondo Beach next to many of our existing customers, has a large and easily accessible parking lot, and is walking distance to a high density of families. We are so excited to welcome the South Bay community to our bakery.
