Now open- Brutto Americano, a new Italian-inspired restaurant from Brian Burns and Reno De Ranieri of Osteria Lupo and Costera.

Brutto Americano is located in the Warehouse District. We are open seven days a week and are seeking thoughtful team-players to join our host staff.

We are seeking a part-time candidate to join our team! The Restaurant Server is responsible for identifying the needs of guests and accommodating to those needs. Serve the guests quickly and efficiently with complete knowledge of the restaurant menu. Maintain station in a clean and orderly manner throughout the shift. We have great benefits starting first of the month following thirty days of employment including Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, Paid Vacation and Sick Time, and Hotel Discounts. 

Qualified candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete the following responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.

Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival.

Follow established service sequence for consistent food & beverage guest experiences.

Handle payment for guests purchases in compliance with HRI and cash handling procedures.

Properly ring guest orders through the POS system.

Maintain positive guest relations at all times.

Work with a spirit of teamwork. Communicate needs and ideas to management.

Maintain current and accurate knowledge of the outlet menu.

Follows all safety and sanitation policies.

Upsell items to guests.

Properly check all guests’ identification to ensure legal age compliance.

Perform side work as needed.

Keep server station clean and organized.
