Located at the North Side of the rink, the restaurant has become an essential part of Midtown’s new “town square” with its focused menu of antipasti and pasta, aperitivo and wines, and King’s signature warm hospitality.

What you’ll do:
- As a pasta cook at Jupiter, you'll be in a senior line cook position, picking up all our house made pastas on a pasta-centric, open line in a brand new restaurant in NY's famous Rockefeller Center
- Learn how to treat different shapes and types of dough, how to work with different sauces and how to balance high volume with high quality output
- Collaborate with other chefs and managers on ergonomics, prep, set-up/break-down, and inventory.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our menu and the culinary traditions that inspire us
- Participate in ongoing training, education and tasting

- You are passionate about pasta! Making it, learning about it, and eating it! You'd never serve something that you haven't tasted yourself
- You are a team player with clear communication and follow through and have significant experience on a busy hot line
- You have attention to detail and initiative to problem solve as needed
- You are able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
- You are able to communicate in English, through written and verbal communications
- You are able to lift 50+ pounds
- You are available on nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
