Job Description: 

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine, while providing outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in enhancing our guests' dining and drinking experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards.

• Interact with customers in a friendly and attentive manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, glassware, and ingredients.
• Check identification to ensure customers meet the legal drinking age.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and policies.
• Monitor and manage the bar's inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in creating and updating drink menus.
• Maintain knowledge of current cocktail trends and mixology techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, or similar setting.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-energy environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating quality drinks.
• Responsible beverage service certification (if required by local regulations).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
