Tzuco, the Michelin-starred restaurant by Chef Carlos Gaytán in Chicago’s River North, is looking for a Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences inspired by Chef Gaytán's Mexican heritage and culinary artistry.
Responsibilities:- Support servers in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring all items are delivered promptly.
- Refill water, clear tables, and reset for the next guests.
- Collaborate with the team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a fine-dining restaurant is a plus.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)
