Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager at Parlay Lincoln Park. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining food quality standards, overseeing kitchen operations, and managing culinary aspects of the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Management skills
- Experience in maintaining food quality standards and food & beverage operations
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Relevant culinary certifications or a degree in Culinary Arts
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
Interview
The interview process may include a small tasting menu to be presented to upper management.
Salary
$70,000 - $85,000 based on experience.
