Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Server to join our team at The Bucks Club. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, by utilizing your serving proficiency to enhance the overall dining experience. Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely and organized manner.
• Monitor tables to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Follow established recipes and guidelines for drink preparation.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Communicate effectively with team members to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Server in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.
• Familiarity with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.
• TIPS or similar certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bartending experience a plus
