You will also have previous experience working in a collaborative and food forward environment.What you can expect:- Produce consistent, quality seasonal dishes in a fast-paced environment.- Positive influence to the team and work well under pressure while also providing a welcoming work environment that increases staff morale.- Support Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous as needed.
Ideal Candidate
-Working knowledge and passion for classic French pastry techniques
-Have experience or a desire to learn more about pastry, including plating, production, and some events.
-Prepare and execute key components of seasonal dishes while ensuring quality and accuracy
-Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
-Wanting to be apart of a small yet diverse pastry program
-This position will work as needed, it will include morning opening production, and closing line pastry shift.
-Must be able to work Tuesday- Saturday.
