Quince is a Three Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star restaurant serving California contemporary cuisine grounded by Italian culinary principles and Chef Michael Tusk’s lifelong respect for seasonality, terroir and artisanal producers, highlighting produce from the restaurant’s farm in West Marin. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
As a food runner, you are part of a hospitality team committed to providing a caring and thoughtful guest experience. At Quince, this is achieved through a mastery of technical service skills, peer collaboration, an informative approach to the menu and product, and an inherent welcoming and professional demeanor.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Transporting all necessary food items from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicates in detail food descriptions when presenting food items to guests.
- Serves as liaison between kitchen and service staff to ensure accuracy of food orders.
- Works closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience.
- Creates memorable experience to build repeat business
- Performs other duties as assigned.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
- Previous fine dining restaurant experience required.
- Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
- Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly and safel
- Must be able to work standing or walking for 8 hours at a time
- Must be able to move 50 pounds at time

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.67) plus tips
