We are seeking an energetic, and enthusiastic Service Director to work directly with our General Manager, Melaney Portillo, to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high staff morale.

As the Service Director, your responsibility is to ensure that our guests receive impeccable service in a vibrant, energetic environment. Your role is crucial in maintaining a level of service that matches both our food and beverage programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure our team of servers, hosts, and bartenders provide consistent, exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor, interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall restaurant appearance
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the restaurant's culture and values
- General administrative tasks including but not limited to cash handling, payroll, and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of management experience and extensive experience working in fine dining or upscale dining establishments. Food handling certificate is greatly appreciated but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering top-notch service
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency
- Familiarity with Resy and Toast systems
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A genuine passion for food, wine, and the hospitality industry
- Ability to lift 30 lbs, go up and down stairs, and stand for long periods of time
