Busser Responsibilities :
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Clearing tables, setting tables, refilling beverages and dishware, and attending to guest requests
- Ensure the area is well stocked, and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace throughout the shift
- Cleaning, polishing and restocks the different equipment (ex: glasses, silverwares, linen, etc.)
- Ensure that the guest tables and bus stations are maintained to our standards at all times and in a timely fashion
- Assist the servers during service to provide the best experience
- Provide attentive and quality service to all guests during their dining experience
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Busser/Runner (min. 1 year)
- Ability to comprehend, read, write and speak English fluently
- A comprehensive, working knowledge of the hospitality business
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts (weekends requiered)
- Appreciation for French cuisine and culture is a plus
