Chef Andrew Carmellini is seeking a Overnight Line Cook to join the team at The Fifth Avenue Hotel.

Whether it’s the visionary design by Martin Brudnizki, a memorable meal in Café Carmellini, our legendary service or a nightcap in The Portrait Bar; every guest will come away with memories to cherish.

Ideal candidates possess:
* Ability to complete shift work, as assigned, timely and thoroughly
* Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation
* Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen
* Comfortable with preparing large quantities
* Support their fellow cooks
* Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes
* Are able to lift 25 lbs or more
* Prepare and execute key components of dishes
* Must be available to work overnight shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
