We are seeking a Floor Manager to join our 200 seat New American Steakhouse with private dining space in the Upper East Side! We serve dinner 7 nights a week and brunch Friday-Sunday. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in a high volume, upscale environment and preferably has worked as a server or bartender before. Steakhouse experience not necessary but a big plus! Full time and open availability is required.
Responsibilities include assisting Service and Beverage Director with:
Beverage Inventory
Conducting daily preshift meetings
Cash handling
Scheduling
Ensuring guest satisfaction
