We’re hiring an Assistant General Manager in Charlotte, NC ! If you’re driven, fun-loving, and passionate about great food, this could be the perfect fit. You’ll help lead a fast-growing, energetic team with a focus on store growth, mentoring new talent, and turning our regular guests into raving fans.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Assistant GM, you'll be hands-on in every aspect of the restaurant, ensuring top-notch food quality and unforgettable guest experiences. We need someone who can lead with energy and keep things running smoothly, even during the busiest shifts. Here’s a quick snapshot of your day-to-day:

• Jump into any FOH or BOH role daily!
• Successfully run the show solo when the GM’s away
• Oversee both front and back of house operations
• Deliver exceptional service that keeps customers coming back
• Train, mentor, and motivate the team to perform at their best
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness
• Propose fresh ideas to improve operations and guest satisfaction

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re the kind of person who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to juggle the front and back of house like a pro. Whether you’re greeting guests or making sure the kitchen runs like a well-oiled machine, you’ve got it covered.

Please note that this position does require the ability to comfortable travel between our locations in Charlotte and Huntersville NC for training, and any assistance with shift coverage.
