Job Details
The Fried Rice Collective (CHIKO, Anju, I Egg You) is looking to hire a full time cook for our most recent project, The wineLair, as well as assisting with catering events with our corporate team.  The wineLair is a membership only club in a beautiful setting, with private wine lockers and dedicated sommeliers for members.  

Chefs Scott Drewno and Danny Lee have recently joined as the culinary partners, and have started to refine and update the menu offerings to match the wine and service program.

We are looking for candidates that can commit to five shifts a week, with a mix between the wineLair as well as offsite catering and production.  Chefs Scott and Danny, as well as our TFRC culinary team, supervise the cooks and provide training and direction for all recipes and menus.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $24.00)
