As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our team and uphold our reputation for excellence.
FOH Manager’s duties and responsibilities
The primary objective of a FOH Manager is to ensure that customers have an exceptional experience. The duties of FOH manager include, but not limited to the following
- Walking the floor and addressing any issues related to appearance and cleanliness
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Hiring and training new floor employees
- Handling customer complaints
- Coaching and disciplining employees, as needed
- Creating schedules and processing time-off requests
- Enforcing company policies related to health, safety, dress code and other matters
- Coordinating activities with other departments or areas, such as BOH, inventory stock, HR, event coordinator etc.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $95,000.00)
