FMK is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Manager to lead our dynamic restaurant, bar, event, and nightlife operations. We’re looking for a professional with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and building a vibrant nightlife culture. • Oversee restaurant, events, and nightlife operations
• Provide nightly closing summaries
• Manage staff scheduling for bar, service, and security teams
• Oversee inventory control and ordering
• Cultivate relationships with VIPs and ensure a stellar guest experience
• Conceptualize and develop private events and nightlife programming
• Collaborate with DJs and promoter groups to build late-night events
• Ensure smooth operation of multiple bars

• 3-5 years of management experience in restaurant, event, and nightlife environments
• Strong knowledge of beer, cocktail, and bottle service trends
• Proficiency in staff scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
• Familiarity with Toast POS system
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service
• Experience with conceptualizing events and building service teams
• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Strong leadership, cash-handling, and communication skills
