- Support Bartenders: Ensure bartenders have all the tools and ingredients they need, including replenishing ice, garnishes, glassware, and liquor.
- Stocking & Restocking: Keep the bar fully stocked at all times, restock beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, and replace empty kegs.
- Bar Maintenance: Keep bar stations clean and organized throughout service, including wiping surfaces, sweeping, and ensuring proper sanitation practices.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tracking and alert management to low-stock items.
- Glassware & Dishwashing: Collect, clean, and restock glassware efficiently to maintain a seamless bar operation.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally assist customers by delivering water, retrieving napkins, or helping with minor inquiries.
- Event Setup/Breakdown: Support staff during private events by setting up, breaking down, and maintaining the bar's cleanliness and functionality.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($10.65) plus tips
