Server

We are a fast-pace Japanese Ramen Shop located in West Loop, Chicago. We are looking for servers that are passionated in Japanese Food and customer serving. We require more than 1 year food serving experience in Asian Food Restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Prepare beverage items such as mocktail and fruit tea.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies, cleaning tables, and bussing dishes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders to customers.
- Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their dining experience and encourage repeat business.
- Assist Manager to complete sides jobs and order FOH supplies.

Requirements:
- More than 1 year experience in Asian restaurant food service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Good server will be promoted to become a Shift Lead / Assistant Store Manager.
