RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the timely delivery of all food and drink
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of all menu items. All members of the FOH team are responsible for being able to effectively describe each dish as well as the ingredients, preparation/techniques, and allergens
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a given service
• Interact with guests and communicate the guest's needs to the appropriate position
• Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic and graceful attitude
• Ability to participate in wine and beverage service
• Be able to effectively communicate, give and take constructive criticism, and work productively in a team dynamic
• Must have a strong focus, heightened attention to detail and precise organizational skills
• Restocking and maintaining all work areas
• Must be available on Friday & Saturday evenings

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Be able to stand for extended periods of time [over 5 hours] 
• Be able to lift and carry 25 pounds steadily
• Be comfortable bending, sitting, walking extended distances including up and down flights of stairs, and moving.
