- Set up and stock stations
- Prepare food for service
- Prepare menu items according to recipes & spec
- Maintain station cleanliness & reduce food waste
- Maintain station par levels & setup next shift for success
- Ensure that food is prepared to our standards & fullfill orders in a timely fashion
- Treat both customers & coworkers with kindness and respect
Skills
- Prior restaurant/pub experience
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry's best practices
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour + Tips ($5-$12/hour)= Average $20-$27/hour
*Based on experience & volume of business
