- Is eager to learn, and follows guidance from the kitchen supervisor without a second thought.
- Brings flexibility to the table—days, nights, weekends, you’re ready for action.
- Understands food safety inside and out—ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen clean and safe.
You’ll need to be ready for the physical side of the job too: lifting, bending, reaching. It’s part of the craft.
