Majority employee owned Washington DC landmark Tabard Inn seeks a Sous Chef to help lead its culinary team. 

The position will collaborate directly with the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, daily operations, and employee training and retention.

The successful candidate will be a proficient cook and excel at building and maintaining systems.
