Glenstone seeks a creative and strategic Food & Beverage Manager with a passion for food and delivering the unparalleled customer service to join our team. The position is part of the Visitor Services department at Glenstone which is committed to delivering a one-of-a-king contemplative visitor experience across all touch points of the museum. The position is responsible for leading and managing the museum’s food and events operations in primarily two restaurant locations, the Cafe & Patio. As leader of the food service operations at the museum, the Food & Beverage Manager provides strategic direction for: daily operations, financial planning and team management; promoting culture of excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement. This position has four direct reports and oversight for up to 25 part-time and full-time associates. Typical work schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm, except summer evenings program and occasional events.
