At Patisserie Chanson, our commitment to delivering fresh, delicious sandwiches and salads starts early in the day. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salad Prep Cook for our morning shift, from 5AM to 1PM.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of meats, vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients for sandwiches and other menu items
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure safe and hygienic food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in sandwich/salad or prep work
• Proficient knife skills
• Knowledge of basic cooking skills 
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passionate about producing high-quality, fresh food
• Hungry to learn and grow as this position can offer room for growth into other positions
