Carbone and Torrisi founded Parm with restaurateur Jeff Zalaznick. Together, they have created some of the world’s most sought-after restaurants, including Carbone and Sadelle’s. Newsweek named their concept Parm one of the 101 Best Places to Eat in North America. In a rave, the New York Times wrote that the restaurant’s approach to Italian standards is “completely faithful to your memories while being much, much better than you remember.”
