Job Details
As the Lead Host / Events Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. In addition to overseeing the host team, you will manage reservations, coordinate events, and collaborate with our management team to ensure that every detail is executed flawlessly. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relations & Front-of-House Leadership:

    • Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
    • Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements.
    • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
    • Ensure smooth guest flow during peak hours, minimizing wait times and enhancing guest satisfaction.
    • Contact Omakase Guests for allergies and special occasions.
    • Print a la carte menus and Omakase menus.
    • Help on the floor when available (i.e. running drinks and clearing tables)
  • Event Coordination:

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute private events, large group reservations, and special occasions.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, customizing events accordingly.
    • Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
    • Manage event logistics, including setup, timing, guest interactions, and breakdown.
