Our restaurant is offering casual, locally sourced cuisine, specialty drinks, and a full coffee and tea program. Open for brekkie, brunch, lunch, and dinner 7 days a week, our iconic menu features our signature burger, taste-driven pasta, bowls and salads, and brunch classics cakes and desserts.
About The Position
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, a deep understanding of culinary arts, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Duties
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food costs effectively to minimize waste.
- Oversee catering events as needed, ensuring that all food service meets quality standards.
- Implement new recipes and techniques to continuously improve the culinary offerings.
Skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proven experience in restaurant management and kitchen operations.
- Expertise in menu planning with a focus on creativity and presentation.
- Knowledge of food management practices, including inventory control and cost management.
- Culinary skills with a passion for high-quality food preparation.
- Experience in catering services is a plus.
- Proficient in food service management principles to ensure operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with bartending is beneficial but not required.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($85,000.00 - $100,000.00)
