Support Team (Runner, Busser, Bar Back, Host) – The Foundation of Success
Providing the backbone of seamless service and ensuring operational and financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Runner: Deliver food and beverages with precision and attentiveness to maintain service speed and quality.
- Busser: Maintain table cleanliness and turnover efficiency to maximize seating capacity.
- Bar Back: Assist bartenders in maintaining a high-volume, high-efficiency bar experience.
- Host: Manage reservations, seating, and initial client engagement with a focus on maximizing table usage.
- Supervisor: Oversee service execution, team coordination, and financial performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality, service, or management (depending on the role).
- Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and focus on revenue growth.
- Passion for sustainability, non-partisan nourishment, and holistic well-being.
