We are currently looking for passionate and reliable Dinner Support Staff to join our team and help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

As a Dinner Support Staff member at our Italian restaurant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our dinner service runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be working closely with the front-of-house team to assist with a variety of tasks, ensuring that guests have a memorable and seamless dining experience from start to finish.

• Guest Support: Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, assist with seating, and ensure guests are comfortable throughout their dining experience.
• Table Preparation: Set and clear tables, ensuring all dining areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Order Assistance: Assist servers in delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner. Help with clearing plates and glasses as necessary.
• Beverage Service: Refill water glasses, assist with drink orders, and serve bread and appetizers as needed.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure dining areas, restrooms, and common areas are kept clean and sanitary throughout the shift.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the kitchen, servers, and bartenders to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both the team and our guests.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle special requests, and address any guest needs or concerns in a polite and professional manner.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A passion for food, hospitality, and providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
