Our menu is a love letter to the coastal vibes, featuring shareable dips, toasties, fresh seafood, and timeless classics—all designed to pair perfectly with a crisp martini or chilled glass of wine. At Shy Shy, our food is approachable, fresh, and curated to celebrate every occasion.

As a Line Cook, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dishes that enhance the Shy Shy experience. We’re looking for individuals who are comfortable working in a high-paced, collaborative kitchen environment and who have a love for simple, satisfying flavors.

• Preparation and Execution: Efficiently prepare menu items with attention to detail, following our recipes and presentation standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality food production.
• Consistency: Maintain high food quality and presentation standards during each service.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Keep a clean, organized workstation and uphold all health and safety standards.

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Passion for Food: A love for crafting simple, flavorful dishes with fresh ingredients.
• Team Player: Ability to work well under pressure and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
• Commitment: Willingness to uphold high standards for consistency, cleanliness, and punctuality.
