Line Cook Position Overview
As a Line Cook, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dishes that enhance the Shy Shy experience. We’re looking for individuals who are comfortable working in a high-paced, collaborative kitchen environment and who have a love for simple, satisfying flavors.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and Execution: Efficiently prepare menu items with attention to detail, following our recipes and presentation standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality food production.
- Consistency: Maintain high food quality and presentation standards during each service.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Keep a clean, organized workstation and uphold all health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Passion for Food: A love for crafting simple, flavorful dishes with fresh ingredients.
- Team Player: Ability to work well under pressure and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
- Commitment: Willingness to uphold high standards for consistency, cleanliness, and punctuality.
