We are seeking a day supervisor for Monday - Friday and on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Responsibilities include opening the facility, overseeing food and beverage offerings and execution while interacting with guests and directing staff.
An independent and creative individual is best suited for this position. Full or part time position is available. Must have food and beverage experience and qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS / STANDARDS
•21 yrs of age
•2 years Food & Beverage Management experience.
•College Degree - Hospitality a plus
•Food & Beverage Operations experience.
•Alcohol and wine knowledge.
•Ability to lead and work well with others.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Organized, friendly, patient, personable, efficient, neat and clean appearance.
•Works well under pressure.
