The Role
We as a team are looking for a hungry, eager and professional culinairian to join our AM team.
Here at Petit Trois Highland we believe in leading by respect while sharing as much knowledge as possible with our employees both BOH and FOH.
This job is very hands on and requires a good eye for quality, organization, open mindedness and initiative.
We all take pride in the quality that has been set by our management team and are looking for people who also share the want to serve the highest quality product while sharing knowledge with guests and employees.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Basic Cooking Knowledge
Basic Knife Skills
Respectful and works well with other kitchen staff
2+ years of experience cooking in a high volume kitchen preferred
Knowledge of classic French food a plus
Job Duties and Expectations:
- Arrive and leave on time, and clock in/out accordingly
- Dress appropriately every day for work.
- Say hello to every member of the team on arrival and goodbye on departure
- Prep and execute stations according to Chef’s/Sous Chef’s direction.
- Communicate clearly with Sous Chefs about ordering, running low on items during service, 86
- Properly label all mise en place with date and item name.
- Be able to accurately follow and execute recipes.
- Quality control on all products and dishes.
- Place sanitizer buckets on each station according to health code requirements.
- Maintain and direct cleanliness of kitchen, walk-in, prep areas and common areas.
- Be aware of DOH protocol.
- Be aware of fellow cooks’ stations, and help out when possible.
- Be aware of linens, and organization of common areas. Please be respectful of the space

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $22.00) plus tips
