Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting and executing an innovative dessert menu, utilizing advanced pastry techniques to bring our vision to life.
- Collaborate closely with the Pastry Chef to maintain high standards of consistency, flavor, and presentation across all dessert offerings.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the pastry kitchen, contributing to a smooth workflow.
- Participate in inventory management, monitoring ingredients, and ensuring quality and freshness of all pastry components.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook, preferably in a high-end or fine-dining restaurant setting.
- Strong foundation in pastry techniques with a commitment to learning and contributing to an innovative pastry program.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively.
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Spanish required for this role).
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
