Benefits Offered:

  • Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants offers full-time employees company subsidized health insurance.  A full-time employee must work on average 30 hours per week to qualify for health insurance benefits.  Coverage begins on the first of the month after the 60th day of employment.  The insurance enrollment period is between 30 and 90 days of employment.  

  • Company sponsored health care plan and optional vision/dental coverage after 60 days of full time

  • Qualifications and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Minimum of 2-3+ years of management experience for an upscale or fine dining restaurant
  • Demonstrated ability in exceeding company standards for hospitality, service, quality and efficiency. 
  • Finding solutions to any issues that arise at any time and having excellent project execution
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
  • Full time flexibility and availability to work

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)

Del Mar is a celebration of Maria, her Spanish heritage, and the family's traditions created and preserved at their home on the island of Mallorca. Featuring authentic seafood fare and flavors from the coasts of Spain, the robust menu includes tapas, raw bar, charcoal grilled fish, seafood stews, and a variety of rice dishes (yes, paella)!
