The exclusive 16-seat counter, concealed by an art gallery, offers an intimate dining experience overlooking the chef’s work with an open kitchen.
Two tables that can accommodate up to six guests are also available for larger parties.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of Pastry Cook in fine-dining restaurants, Michelin-awarded or similar grade.
- Excellent Presentation and able to assist in the Service, serving, and introducing dishes to guests.
- Extensive and growing knowledge of Pastry & Cooking Techniques.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the restaurant and an endless curiosity for the food world.
- Positive Attitude, careful attention to detail, a sense of urgency.
- Preferred beforehand but can obtain during employment: NYC DOH Food Protection Certificate.
Responsibilities:
- Along with the Executive Kitchen Team, research, prepare and execute different original pastry creations.
- This might include, Bread, Pastries, Mignardises, Desserts but not limited to.
- Responsible for ensuring correct mise-en-place for each service
- Purchasing/inventory: orders, inventory update as needed, price comparison.
- Inventory maintenance, including maintaining clean and organized food storage.
